Ok just got my EBC redstuff pads on and DBA rotors, just checkin to see how many times I have to do the 40-0 stopping or how to tell when the pads have seated and I'm good to go Thanks

It depends on the pad. Ask the manufacturer of your specific pad.
In general, you do not want to come to a complete stop when doing your bedding procedure. Keep the car rolling between sprints to avoid pad material buildup on the rotor surface.
